5 uleiuri esentiale pentru prevenirea gripei

Uleiurile esentiale sunt unele din cele mai vechi medicamente utilizate in lupta cu raceala si gripa. Cu ajutorul lor putem preveni sau trata afectiunile respiratorii si febra.

Pentru preventie putem folosi un amestec de uleiuri esentiale din care picuram cativa stropi in lampa de aromaterapie. Pentru acest mix putem folosi:

  • Ulei esential de eucalipt: este antimicrobian, antibacterian, antifungic,dezodorizeaza aerul din incaperi, are actiune pozitiva asupra sistemului respirator fiind expectorant, mucolitic si decongestionant nazal, pozitivant si tonic.
  • Ulei esential de lamaie este un antiseptic general, tonic si stimulant al sistemului nervos, cu un parfum placut, optimizant.
  • Ulei esential de lavanda: antiseptic, sedativ si linistitor, echilibrant al sistemului nervos
  • Ulei esential de camfor are proprietati antivirale, antimicrobiene, imunostimulatoare
  • Ulei esential de rozmarin este antiseptic, expectorant, mucolitic

Utile in cazul febrei sunt uleiurile esentiale de piper negru, menta, lamaie si tea- tree. In cada cu apa calduta picuram cativa stropi din aceste uleiuri sau adaugam cateva picaturi in ulei vegetal cu care facem frectii pe spate si picioare.

Essential oils are some of the oldest drugs used to fight colds and flu. With their help we can prevent or treat breathing problems and fever.

For prevention we can use a few drops of a  mixture of essential oils in the aromatherapy lamp. For this blend we can use:

  • Eucalyptus essential oil: antibacterial, anti-inflammatory,antiseptic, decongestant, deodorant, stimulating
  • Lemon essential oil: antiseptic, anti-infection, disinfectant, stimulating
  • Lavender essential oil: antifungal, antimicrobial, antiseptic, antibacterial, sedative
  • Camphor essential oil: antiseptic, decongestant, disinfectant, sedative
  • Rosemary essential oil: antiseptic, decongestant

For fever we can use a few drops of black pepper, peppermint, lemon or tea- tree essential oils. We can add a few drops when we take a bath or we can massage our back and feet with vegetal oil(such as olive oil) and a few drops of theese essentials oils.
