How To Use

  • Extract the juice from one fresh lemon.
  • Apply it on the affected areas and gently rub it around for one minute.
  • Leave it on for about 15 minutes.
  • Rinse it off with lukewarm water.
  • Use twice a day for three weeks.

2) Apple Cider Vinegar

How To Use

  • Mix one part apple cider vinegar and one part water.
  • Apply this solution on the melasma spots and allow it to air dry.
  • Rinse it off with lukewarm water.
  • Gently pat dry the skin.
  • Use once a day.

3) Turmeric

The active ingredient in turmeric is curcumin. It has antioxidant and skin-lightening properties. Turmeric can also reduce the melanin content in the skin and help fight hyperpigmentation.

How To Use

  • Mix five tablespoons of turmeric powder with 10 tablespoons of milk to make a paste. (Use whole milk as it has lactic acid and calcium that help exfoliate and soften the skin)
  • Add one tablespoon of gram flour to thicken the mixture.
  • Apply this paste evenly on the affected area.
  • Allow it to dry keeping it for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse it off with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel.
  • Do it once every day.

4) Aloe Vera

How To Use

  • Cut open an aloe vera leaf and extract the fresh gel.
  • Apply the gel thoroughly on the affected area and gently massage for one or two minutes.
  • Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Then wash it off with lukewarm water.
  • Do this twice a day for a few weeks.

5) Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a natural exfoliating agent. It can effectively remove brown spots on the face and dissolve dead skin.

How To Use

  • Mix together two tablespoons of oatmeal powder, two tablespoons of milk and one tablespoon of honey.
  • Apply it on the affected area.
  • Wait 20 minutes and rub off the mixture with water.
  • Pat the face dry with a clean towel.
  • Do this twice or thrice a week for a month.

Aplicam din abundenta masca pe parul umed sau uscat. Dupa 20 de minute indepartam masca cu apa calduta apoi spalam  cu samponul obisnuit. Putem clati cu un ceai de cuisoare ( intr-o cana de apa fierbem 2 linguri de cuisoare). Ceaiul de cuisoare revigoreaza culoarea parului.

To use the mask, apply generously to wet or dry hair, and let it sit in your hair for about 20 minutes. Cover your hair with a shower cap if necessary to keep from making a mess. After 20 minutes, rinse the mask out using cool water, then shampoo as normal.

In cazul depresiilor, uleiurile esentiale de verbina si de tamaie sunt de mare ajutor. De asemenea, uleiul esential de eucalipt lupta eficient impotriva oboselii nervoase.

Obtinem 15 ml de amestesc. Aplicam cate o picatura pe plexul solar si pe partea interioara a palmelor si inspiram profund.

Sare de baie din comert este plina de chimicale, iar reteta pentru a prepara una acasa este foarte simpla, nu necesita ingrediente costisitoare si este 100% naturala. Obtinem o sare de baie cu efecte relaxante datorita uleiurilor esentiale de lavanda si ylang-ylang.

Avem nevoie de:

  • sare marina 250 gr
  • ulei vegetal bio (de masline, de orez, de samburi de struguri, de migdale etc) 7ml
  • ulei esential de lavanda – 10 picaturi
  • ulei esential de ylang-ylang – 3 picaturi
  • amidon de porumb – 1 lingura
  • pigment mineral albastru mat – un varf de cutit

Amestecam uleiul vegetal cu uleiurile esentiale, adaugam sarea si pigmentul si omogenizam. La final adaugam amidonul si amestecam bine. Compozitia se transfera intr-un borcan ce se inchide etans. Daca dorim putem adauga cateva flori de lavanda uscate.

Pigmentul mineral poate lipsi din compozitie, are doar rol estetic. Blendul de uleiuri esentiale il putem adapta in functie de dorinte si de efectul pe care il dorim de la sarea de baie.

You need:

  • 250 gr marine salt
  • 7 ml  BIO olive oil (you can use rice oil, almond oil, grapeseed oil or other vegetal oil)
  • 10 drops lavender essential oil
  • 3 drops ylang-ylang essential oil
  • 1 tbs corn starch
  • blue mineral pigment

In a bowl mix the vegatal oil with the essential oils, add the salt and the mineral pigment and mix well. Then add the corn starch and mix again. Put the salt in a recepient with a lid.

You can replace the essential oils blend whit another blend of your choise.

  • 2 lingurite de miere
  • 1 lingurita ulei de masline
  • 1 galbenus de ou

Le amestecati bine, apoi ungeti-va mainile cu pasta rezultata. Lasati sa actioneze 15-20 de min apoi clatiti.

Hydrating hand mask
